Sam is a Doctor of Physical Therapy student from St. Paul, Minnesota. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2021. A season-ending knee injury as a high school athlete sparked his passion for physical therapy. He has clinical experience in orthopedics, dry needling, lymphedema management, and inpatient physical therapy. Sam enjoys researching health and fitness topics and sharing the information in an accessible way.
