Tim is a physical therapist assistant turned health and wellness content writer from Athens, Greece. Following his move to Omaha, Nebraska, Tim trained at the University of Nebraska and Clarkson College. He then went on to work in outpatient rehab settings, where he specialized in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and other manual therapy techniques.
